so remember kids, if you jump out of your car and start a fight the other person will be held responsible, i’m going to start a fight tomorrow! i dislike the idea of tort reform, not because the idea wouldn’t be good but because good cases will be limited in awards given out. if a hospital clearly messes up a surgery the family should not be limited to say $250,000. one, because they need to be shown there are real consequences and two because family members are entitled to more. now this case, even though four minutes is a tad excessive the man could have felt he would be in danger if he let go. this is one of those cases where the parents of the kid should have told him not the jump out of the car and mess with someone getting a big mac. because, we as americans love our big macs.

how about international law, can we start paying attention to that again? who’s laws are we going by, there new ones, ours, or international. because, if we’re going by ours i’m pretty sure you can make them up. or circumvent the constitution.
