BURBANK, California (AP) -- Paul Gleason, who played the go-to bad guy in "Trading Places" and the angry high school principal in "The Breakfast Club," has died. He was 67.

aww, the detention dude died. now he won’t turn up in those annoying direct tv commercials.
side note, anyone notice how much make-up ben stein was wearing in his riff of “ferris bueller’s day off” for direct tv? there is just a point where they should just give up. you can’t pay attention to the commercial because you’ve laughing to hard, or pitying, whichever. seriously, he looked almost as bad as tammy fae.
